How can I schedule a photography or videography session?
You can easily schedule a session through our Contact Us page on our website. If you encounter any issues or prefer direct assistance, feel free to call us at 905.922.7920
What is the turnaround time for receiving the final media assets?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours after the completion of the shoot. However, this may vary depending on the project's scope and specific requirements.
How long do your shoots take?
Shoot times depend on the square footage of the home and what services are being provided.
Contact us directly for a more accurate estimate on timing for a specific job.
Do you offer packages for multiple services?
Yes, we offer customizable packages that can include a combination of our services to meet your specific marketing needs. Please contact us to discuss the best options for your requirements.
How do I prepare my property for a photography session?
To ensure the best results, we recommend:
- Cleaning and decluttering all areas to be photographed.
- Ensuring all lights are functional and turned on.
- Staging rooms to highlight their purpose and maximize appeal.
- Removing personal items to create a neutral environment that appeals to a broad audience.
How many revisions do you allow?
Typically we allow 1 revision. Anything over that, there is generally a cost involved, paid by the hour.
How much notice do you need for bookings?
For most shoots, we can accommodate bookings with 1-2 business days' notice. If you make a booking after 6 PM, we'll process it on the next business day.
We always strive to accommodate all bookings, even if they're last minute! Just let us know, and we'll do our best to make it work.

How do you process payments?
We bill you directly upon delivery of the product.
You will receive an email notifying you that your photos are ready and awaiting payment. There will be a link for you to input your credit card information through our secure payment platform, Stripe.
What areas do you service?
We've got you covered in the GTA and most of the surrounding areas, without any pesky travel fees!
Our no-travel-fee zone includes popular areas like all over Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Pickering, Markham and surrounding areas such as: Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Courtice - and in between.
But hey, we don't stop there! We're willing to go the extra mile (literally) for you. If your listing is out of our coverage area, we might need to add a small travel fee. We do this to make sure our awesome photographers are fairly compensated for their time spent on the road. If you have any questions about this travel fee, feel free to give us a shout.
We're here to serve you and provide the best service possible, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance!
What if the weather is bad?
Appointments are rain or shine.
How long is the 3D Virtual Tour hosted for?
The 3D Virtual Tour is hosted on Matterport for free for 3 months. After that, you have options to extend the hosting:
-For an additional 3 months, it's just $29.
-If you need hosting for a full year, it's $59.
We're here to accommodate your needs and keep your tour accessible.
Just let us know how long you'd like it hosted, and we'll take care of the rest!
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to one business day prior - otherwise a fee may apply.
You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your shoot without any fees until 6PM on the business day before your appointment. You can cancel your booking by phone or email.
If you cancel with less than a day's notice, a $25 fee may apply. For same day cancellations, a $100 fee will be charged.
With short-notice cancellations, our photographers miss out on other opportunities to work and earn. We want to be fair and make sure they're compensated for their committed availability and preparations - we hope you can understand!
Additionally, if the property isn't ready and our photographer has to wait, there's a fee of $100 per hour for their wait time.
